During the first days of June, Castelbuono is decorated for the “Infiorata”.

Set up in the town centre, the infiorata is an annual event that consists of creating motifs using only natural elements (petals, leaves or soil). These illustrations usually represent saints, cartoons, and much more, depending on the edition.

This initiative concludes on Sunday with the parade of the historical procession and the mastery of the flag-wavers.
During this last day, you can also see the master pastry chefs of Castelbuono make floral creations with only sugar and chocolate.
